We provide a registration ID (Ex. RF123456789LK or EE123456789LK) after we have registered your parcel with the postal service. The parcel belong to the postal service after the registration. Then, you may track information as updated.
We have difficulties to provide strong tracking facilities for your orders due to low cost shipping options that we use to reduce your cost. Some countries do not provide open tracking facilities and we are not in a position to track such as articles we dispatched from here.
Specially for US customers, we unable to provide tracking facilities due unavailability of open tracking facility for registered articles of the US.
Anyway, we will investigate the issue with postal services if a item did not deliver to the customer within the expected delivery time. Please contact us with details.
